Outback to the Glaciers

No way we were leaving the Outback without trying some of the local delicacies!  It was highly recommended we visit BoJangle's in town and try some bush food.  Bo's is an old-fashioned saloon that sits right in the middle of town....and it had the Outback Sampler......perfect for lunch!  The sampler include 1.) camel, 2.) buffalo, 3.) kangaroo, 4.) emu, and 5.) crocodile.

It was all gone in 15 minutes......with a jug of JT Draught to wash it all down!
